发展针对小分子的稀土发光活体检测探针,并利用时间分辨成像方法实现定量活体检测;
构筑活体亚微米尺度微区温度检测探针,利用测温指导精准光热治疗;
构建多模式成像探针实时获取纳米材料的位置和浓度信息,用于纳米材料的生物代谢过程研究。
