蛋白质组学方法学及其在生物医学中的应用研究,重点包括以下研究内容:
发展低丰度和翻译后修饰(如棕榈酰化、糖化等)蛋白质的选择性分离富集以及定性定量分析新方法;
蛋白质组学技术在重大疾病(如病毒性肝炎、心血管疾病、癌症等)发生发展机制与诊断中的应用研究。
