摘要:
>> Inkjet printing is a digital, maskless and contactless material deposition technique where a desired functionality is generated on many kinds of substrates by the controlled deposition of picoliter droplets with a micrometer resolution. In our laboratory, we are developing a wide range of inks, including nanoparticles inks or carbon nanotube (CNT) inks, for the printing of electrochemical biosensors. We shall present 3-electrode systems for ELISA sensors.
>> ElectroStatic Spray Ionisation (ESTASI) is a contactless spray ionisation technique well suited to spray from microfluidic devices. The detection limit (sub nM at 100nL/min) compared well with other nanospray methods. We shall present some recent results obtained by this technique.
>> Finally, we shall present our method to detect bacteria by MALDI-MS. In particular, we shall present the extended mass range obtained when using TiO2 nanoparticles modified MALDI plates. This large mass range enables to distinguish antibiotic resistant bacteria.
