研究兴趣

  • 蛋白质组学研究是后基因组时代最前沿和最热点的研究领域之一,其在生物组织样品具有组成复杂、浓度动态范围宽的特点。针对这一问题,多年来我们在二维高效液相色谱分离系统的研发方面开展了系列工作。开发了从肽段、蛋白质到蛋白质复合物的大规模高通量的分离分析方法。并进一步发展多种复合材料对多种蛋白质的翻译后修饰(糖基化、磷酸化、棕榈酰化等)进行了富集分离以及定性定量分析。

  • 研究表明循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)被视为癌症研究的标志物,它与癌症的扩散和转移密切相关,发展针对CTCs的液体活检技术对于癌症的早期诊断与治疗具有决定性的意义。为此,我们进行了系列研究,开发多种用于CTC捕获的材料与方法,同时研发了多种高灵敏度的检测方法(SERS、MALDI等技术)。

  • 在外泌体的分离分析方面开发的一系列研究方法,研究了具有不同大小的亚组。不同亚组的外泌体在细胞间交流扮演者不同的角色,了解这种尺寸的异质性有助于我们对外泌体更深层次的理解。进一步研究基于指纹图谱的人工智能用于癌症诊断。
