    • Protein Corna—Upon contact with biological matrices, nanoparticle surfaces are modified immediately by the adsorption of biomolecules, leading to the formation of a protein corona. In my laboratory, the spectroscopy such as FT-IR and fluorescence, was used to address the structural changes of protein in corona.

    • Protein Conformational change—Knowledge of protein conformation has been one of the major goals in biochemistry. Recently, we are working on the conformational change of calcineurin induced by Ca/Calmodulin binding.
